ISLAMABAD, Dec 24 (Online): SAPM Shahzad Akbar has said UK has to decide about the extradition of Nawaz Sharif.
He said this while talking to media men outside Islamabad High Court (IHC) Here Thursday,.
He went on to say there is no war of powers between him and Sheikh Rashid. Sheikh Rashid is minister and he wields powers while I am special assistant. The court has determined the powers of advisors in its decision.
He held every person and every institution is respectable. Deputy Chairman Senate Salim Mandiwala is also respectable. If some one does not like law then change the law. There is room for amendment.
He underlined that targeting officer of any institution is not good. If some member gives cheque and it is bounced then SHO will register FIR as per law. Will this member of parliament say upon it that his privilege has been breached and we will call him to parliament.
About bringing back Nawaz Sharif to Pakistan, he said we have talked to the concerned authorities in UK on extradition of Nawaz Sharif and UK has to decide about it.
