JI guarantees basic rights of the people: Senator Mushtaq

Central leader of Jammet-t-Islami(JI),Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan has said that it is the manifesto of Jamaat-e-Islam (JI) to ensure basic rights of laymen. Instead of serving the people, the rulers have looted the country for the last seven decades.
The views were expressed by the Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan while addressing a public gathering, organized by JI, Khyber in connection with the election campaign held here at Takia, Sultan Khel village of Landi Kotal on Wednesday evening.
He said that the purpose of JI participation in the election was to make certain the true Islami welfare state where every citizen of the country could get free, education, health and justice etc.
If JI comes into power, it will get rid-off of America and European slavery he added and said it will curtain incentives being enjoyed by the one percent elite class.
He criticized the ex-parliamentarian of Khyber and said the tribesmen were still deprived of potable water, health and other facilities that was unfair to them.
He urged the people to vote JI candidates and avoid the tested ones who engaged in embezzlement in development funds in their previous tenures rather than to work for the wellbeing of the people.
Mushtaq Ahmad Khan expressed his dissatisfaction over the restriction policy, imposed at Torkham border and asked for provision of economic opportunities to the locals.
JI candidates for NA-27 and PK-69, Shah Faisal Afridi and Haji Muqtader Shah Afridi also spoke on the occasion.
