ISLAMABAD: The Journalist Foundation Pakistan and Umar Diagnostic & Specialist Clinics (ODC) have signed an agreement to provide medical facilities and special discounts to members of the Journalist Foundation. Under the agreement, members of the Journalist Foundation will be entitled to up to 50 percent discount on various diagnostic tests, while a 20 percent discount will be offered on MRI services. A delegation of the Journalist Foundation, led by its President Z.A. Malik, visited Umar Diagnostic & Specialist Clinics. The delegation comprised Central General Secretary Riffaqat Hussain, Information Secretary Aamir Mehboob, and Governing Body Member Muhammad Akhlaq. Central General Secretary Riffaqat Hussain and CEO of Umar Diagnostic & Specialist Clinics Syed Qaiser Shah signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations. According to the agreement, members will be able to avail themselves of the special discounts by presenting their valid Journalist Foundation membership cards at the clinic.
