ISLAMABAD, JULY 13 : Bailable arrest warrants of PTI Chairman Imran Khan have been issued in Judicial Complex attack case.
The cases registered against PTI chairman and other leaders came up for hearing before Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) in judicial complex attack case Thursday.
Exemption from attendance plea for one day on Thursday on behalf of Imran Khan was presented in the court.
The counsel Sardar Masroof told the court Imran Khan has to appear in Lahore High Court (LHC) , therefore, he could not come to Islamabad to appear in the court.
The court issued the bailable arrest warrants of Imran Khan.
The ATC remarked the accused will have to appear in the court.
Chairman PTI and other accused were directed to appear in the court in person on July 19.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till July 19.
The bailable arrest warrants of Farrukh Habib, Shibli Faraz and Hassan Niazi were also issued in Judicial complex attack case.
