The trackers who trace thieves by following footprints have been abducted along with their dog and driver.
A tracing company from Faisalabad received a call from an area in Sindh requesting tracker-dog services to recover a stolen tractor, according to Rahim Yar Khan SSP Irfan Samo. The tracing company contacted Chaudhry Jameel from Sadiqabad, Punjab, who was well-known in the border region between Sindh and Punjab for tracking suspects with his dog.
The bandits from the Kacha area have demanded Rs10 million in ransom for each abductee, though they are willing to release the tracker dog in exchange for a smaller sum. In a video released by the bandits on social media, four men can be seen semi-naked while pleading for their release.
