Kamyab Jawan Programme to help create 50,000 jobs: Dar

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Muhammad Usman Dar has said that Kamyab Jawan Programme might help create 50,000 jobs by the end of this year, through further disbursement of around Rs5 billion loans. Highlighting the main youth empowerment initiatives taken by the PTI government during the last two years, Dar said that these loans will be disbursed among 10,000 registered small and medium enterprises under the Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme. Dar said that loans of Rs1 billion have already been disbursed among 2,190 qualified entrepreneurs since launch of the scheme. He pointed out that the executing banks have approved financing of three billion rupees for 7,592 eligible businesses. TLTP
