Kiwis defeats Pakistan in women ODI

New Zealand Women defeated Pakistan Women’s team by one wicket in the second ODI match and took a decisive lead of 2-0 in the 3 match series.
In the match played in Christchurch, the New Zealand women’s team won the toss and decided to field first, after which the Pakistan women’s team was dismissed for 220 runs in the allotted 50 overs.
Pakistan women team batsman Fatima Sana played an innings of 90 runs while Natalia Parvez scored 39 runs and Najiha Alvi scored 32 runs.
In the match, New Zealand Women’s bowler Sophie Devine took 3 wickets, Molly Penfold and Fran Jonas took two wickets each.
It should be noted that the first match of the series was won by the New Zealand women’s team by 131 runs, while the third and final match between the two teams is scheduled for Monday.
