Kohat Estherzai Police have foiled a drug smuggling attempt when during an operation arrested an alleged drug accused Wali Khan and recovered 2500 grams of cannabis from his possession.
According to detail, SHO Usterzai Police Station informed that drug smuggler Wali Khan, a resident of Speenvam North Waziristan, was arrested in an operation near Upper Usterzai of District Kohat.
During the operation, 2500 grams of cannabis was recovered from the possession of the detained drug smuggler.
A case has been registered against the arrested accused in Estarzai Police Station. Cannabis was being smuggled from Waziristan to Punjab. The arrested smuggler has confessed to the crime in initial investigation, Police said.
