KP a place of new experiments, PHC bench observed

The Peshawar High Court (PHC) observed that the provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has made the province a place new experiments.
Hearing against amendments to KP civil law amendments on Tuesday the court passed the remarks that the provincial government should show seriousness in the matter related to law amendments.
The bench consisting of Justice Qaisar Rasheed and Justice Lal Jan Khattak.
The bench also noticed the absence of law the minister during the proceeding and asked the authority concerned that the law the minister should be present in the next hearing.
The Justice Qaisar Rasheed remarked that thousands of cases in the courts were pending and people were suffering badly.
Justice Qaisar told the Secretory Law, Imtiaz Shahid, that the government should include the senior members of the KP Bar Council when making the new laws, to which the secretary law replied was not under his jurisdiction.
It is pertinent to mention that the KP bar Council had announced a five-day strike against the proposed amendments in the civil law procedure form 17 to 21, October this year and was later extended to October 27.
