PESHAWAR
The provincial government spokesperson Barrister Mohammad Ali Saif said “the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly would be dissolved the moment Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan issued orders”.
He said that PTI chief Imran Khan was only struggling to have fresh elections in the country, adding till acceptance demand for the early and transparent polls struggle would be continued.
In a statement he maintained that the country’s economical and political instability are getting worse with each passing day but the incumbent federal government still wanted to stick with the power.
Barrister Saif added that the federal minister for interior affairs has seen its defeat after a massive power show of PTI in Rawalpindi.
The government is reluctant to face PTI in general elections and warned the government to hold the early and transparent elections to let the change come through power of vote in the country.
KP government spokesperson claimed that federal minister Rana Sanaullah and all his team badly failed against the enthusiasm of PTI workers, adding its party leadership has no lust to regain power, adding snap polls were the only solution to steer the country from the prevailing and deepening crisis.
The provincial government and leaders of other provinces in the country were waiting for the directions of PTI chief Imran Khan for dissolution of assemblies, he added.
Khan’s popularity across the country has proven and the central government did not want to hold elections at this stage, he added and said that demand for the general elections have become a nightmare for the incumbent government who gain access to power corridors through an alleged conspiracy, he stated.
Barrister Saif while backing its party chairman stance asserted that the KP government would dissolve the provincial assembly without any question once it received orders.
He also maintained that holding fresh elections in the country is the wise political decision and the federal government should announce it as soon as possible to avert more crises.
