PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Haji Ghulam Ali here Monday hosted dinner in honour of retired Vice Chancellors of seven public sector universities and lauded their services in the field of education. The Governor held services of Vice Chancellors in high esteem and said that he has allways extended support to the vice chancellors. The VCs who were invited in dinner including Professor Dr Sardar Khan (Kohat University), Prof Dr Zahoorul Haq (Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan), Prof Dr Iftikhar Hussain (UET Peshawar), Prof Dr Bashir Khan (Bacha Khan University) and Prof Dr Khairuz Zaman of Bannu University. The Governor distributed shields and certificates among the retired Vice Chancellors. Professor Dr Qasim Jan also attended the function. APP
