An important meeting was held at Peshawar under the chairmanship of KP Olympic Association Syed Aqil Shah to review the preparations for the Quaid-e-Azam Games, in which General Secretary Olympic Zulfiqar Butt, Director Operations Sports Naimatullah Khan, Deputy Director Sports Operations Jamshed Baloch, Admin Officer Syed Jafar Shah, Shah Faisal and other personalities were also present.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Olympic Association President Syed Aqil Shah is determined to win the Quaid-e-Azam Games. Syed Aqil Shah has directed all the coaches to make the best preparations, and has also directed all the relevant staff to take steps for the best preparation.
The training camps for the Quaid-e-Azam Games have begun at Qayyum Sports Complex, Peshawar. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s men’s and women’s teams will participate in 15 games. The Quaid-e-Azam Games will be played in Islamabad from December 13 to 19. KP Olympic Association President Syed Aqil Shah said that the camps have started, so all the coaches and technical officials should work hard with the players so that they can win maximum medals for the province in the upcoming Quaid-e-Azam Games.
He said that there are definitely problems due to the lack of athletics and swimming facilities, but we players are working hard and hope that they will perform at their best. He said that the provincial contingent will leave on December 13 to participate in the Quaid-e-Azam Games, for which preparations are being completed.
