The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (KP TEVTA) inked an agreement with Bank of Khyber (BoK) to provide easy installment loan facility to all employees of the authority for motorcycles.
The BoK would provide Honda Atlas-Motorcycle to all employees of KPTEVTA on easy three years installment.
The agreement was formally signed by the MD of BoK and KPTEVTA.
MD BoK on this occasion said that the motorcycle scheme would not only benefit the bank and its business but a large number of employees of the TEVTA will have the facility of motorcycles.
He said that the bank would not take any down payments from the employees, adding that BoK has launched a number of schemes to facilitate the government employees.
BoK contracting loans for solarization, pay-plus account, death grants, and advance salary schemes, he added.
He shared that agreements have been signed with other government departments to facilitate their employees in different schemes on easy installments.
BoK will also increase the number of its branches to provide more facilities to government departments of the province, he added.
Deputy Director HR Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education Khushal Khattak said that the agreements will not only strengthen the largest bank business schemes in the province but also the government employees of those institutions for whom it is difficult to get all these facilities in one go.
Pakhtunkhwa Technical and Vocational Education has more than 3,000 employees, most of whom are junior grade employees.
Atlas Honda’s Regional Manager Qaribullah invited students of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical and Vocational Education for a study tour to Atlas Honda manufacturing unit.
