KARACHI: The University of Karachi and Goldensun Petroleum Services signed the memorandum of understating at the Vice Chancellor Secretariat. As per the MoU, Goldensun Petroleum Services which is a subsidiary of GPT Beijing, China, will provide 10 licenses of GES– a common platform to conduct interpretation of geoscientific and engineering datasets, and 3D modeling for geology and geophysics, petroleum engineering and mining engineering works by integrating seismic, bore-hole, historical field production and outcrop data—to the KU department of geology.
