LAHORE: Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) on Friday urged the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to allow 100 percent input to the traders who register themselves voluntarily in the FBR POS system. Talking to a group of traders, LCCI Senior Vice President Rehman Aziz Chan said a number of traders have complained that they had voluntarily installed the POS machines as per commitment with the concerned Commissioner Inland Revenue. They requested for allowing the 100% input but no concession has yet been allowed to the taxpayers. He said traders have written letters to the Federal Board of Revenue and Chief Commissioner but still no action has been taken. They said that because of this issue, traders are unable to file their sales tax returns. ONLINE
