LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has adjourned hearing of petition filed by Hassan Khan Niazi, nephew of PTI founder Imran Khan against military court trial for indefinite period. The court has sought reply from law officer of federal government. A two members bench of LHC presided over by Justice Shehram Sarwar took up the petition for hearing Tuesday. Faisal Siddiqui and other counsels appeared in the court on behalf of Hassan Niazi. Hafiz Ullah Niazi father of Hassan Niazi appeared in the court too. Assistant Advocate General Farrukh Irfan Khan Lodhi appeared in the court from the side of Punjab government. Law officer did not appear from the side of federal government. The court while seeking reply from law officer adjourned the hearing of the case. APP
