LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has declared Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) inquiry against a private car manufacturing company correct. Justice Raheel Kamran of LHC issued decision on private company petition. Barrister Asad Ullah Chatha gave arguments on behalf of Competition Commission of Pakistan. It has been said in the decision of court competition commission of Pakistan has full powers to seek information and initiate inquiry. The private manufacturing company itself participated in proceedings of the commission from 2018 to 2022. The notices issued by competition commission of Pakistan are designed for seeking information. It is not a final decision. The decision said the company should provide requisite information so that the inquiry could be completed. ONLINE
