LAHORE: Bail pleas of Imran Khan in the cases pertaining to May 9 incident have been fixed for hearing in Lahore High Court (LHC). Bail applications of Imran Khan in 8 cases related to May 9 incident have been fixed for hearing. A two members bench of LHC comprising justice Shehbaz Rizvi and justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh will hear the bail pleas on April 23. It is pertinent to mention here the court had adjourned proceedings on previous hearing being the record in Supreme Court (SC). Imran Khan has taken plea in his petition that he was in the custody of NAB on May 9 in Islamabad. LHC should approve his bail in 8 cases and order for his release. Online
