LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has nullified single bench decision of removing chairman NADRA from his office. The court accepted federal government appeal plea. A two members bench of LHC presided over by justice Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal announced the decision on appeal plea on Wednesday. Federal government had challenged single bench decision in LHC. Single bench had ordered to remove chairman NADRA from his post.
