LHC orders to suspend SHO FIA for not implementing court’s orders

LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered to suspend SHO of FIA for not implementing court’s orders. Justice Amjid Rafiq maintained negligence in respect of court’s orders will not be tolerated. Justice Amjid Rafiq of LHC issued written order on the bail of one Shahid Hamid involved in fraud of 6000 dollars with a citizen in connection with false promise of providing him job abroad. The court directed DG FIA to appoint senior officer for assisting the court. It has been said in the written order FIA officer told the court during previous hearing that whats app chat of criminal nature of the accused is available. FIA officer presented transcript of whats app chat of the co-accused with some aggrieved person FIA officer failed in presenting any whats app chat of the present applicant. FIA SHO will remain suspended till next hearing due to non compliance of court’s orders . FIA Faisalabad has registered against the accused case of commission of forgery with a citizen . According to FIA the accused had obtained 6000 dollars from the citizen for work permit visa of Thailand. Online
