Lahore High Court (LHC) has sought reply from the respondents on miscellaneous petition filed against recent hike in the price of petroleum products.
Justice Shahid Karim of LHC took up for hearing miscellaneous petition filed by Judicial Activism Panel against spike in the prices of petroleum products.
The petition said the recent increase in the price of petroleum products will lead to multiply inflation. Price of petroleum products is not soaring in international market.
The court is requested to order to suspend the notification regarding hike in price of petroleum products.
The court while issuing notice to respondents on the petition of Judicial Activism Panel against the recent increase in price of petroleum products has summoned reply from them.
