ISLAMABAD: Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) has filed petition in Supreme Court (SC) in connection with judicial inquiry on the letter of 6 judges of Islamabad High Court (IHC). The LHCBA while making federal government and others respondents has requested S C to conduct judicial inquiry in connection with 6 judges letter from supreme court judges. SC was requested to annul the commission constituted by the government. SC should itself hold inquiry on the matter of judges letter. Those found responsible for intimidating judges and interfering in court’s matters be given exemplary punishment. Online
