PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Agriculture and Livestock, Mohibullah Khan Wednesday visited Provincial Directorate General of Agricultural Research Office and directed conducting intensive research work to solve problems of farmers. The provincial minister visited various sections of research office and acquired briefing about its performance, working and functions. He appreciated research efforts of agriculturalists and directed them to intensify their efforts keeping in view problems of farmers. Mujibur Rahman, Provincial Coordinator of Agriculture and Food Organization United Nations who was present on the occasion, informed the provincial minister about various project being underway in the province. The minister was also briefed about olive cultivation in the province. He also urged the department to expedite efforts for increasing land to increase olive plantation. APP
