Lal Mohammad a resident of Katlang on Thursday threatened to commit self-immolation if the government did not take action against the local influential, police officials who are allegedly trying to occupy his property and also giving him threats.
Speaking at a press conference here on Thursday, Lal Mohammad son of Shahbaz Khan resident of Chil Katlang complained that the local influential police officers DSP Rashid Iqbal currently serving at peshwar and Inspector Javeed Iqbal and his uncle Fazal Shah and Ghran were allegedly trying to occupy his one kanal property.
He added that they were pressurizing and harassing his family. He added that last night mentioned accused allegedly attack his house and want to occupy his one kanal land.
He added that later on he registered cases against Fazal Shah and his sons and Ghran and his two sons and two sons of inspector Javeed Iqbal.
He accused that the local police were supporting his rivals. “We are unable to fight against the influential police officials”, he added.
He added that he also wrote application to regional police officer (RPO) Mardan range, district police officer (DPO) but no one is ready to take action against the influential police officers.
He made it clear that he along with his family would commit self-immolation if the government did not take notice of the incident.
He also appealed to the chief justice of Peshawar High Court to look into the matter and provide him justice.
