Revenue-related problems of masses to be addressed promptly: KP Revenue Minister

KP Minister for Revenue, Haji Qalandar Khan Lodhi Wednesday inaugurated a Service Delivery Centre (Computerization of Land Record) at Banda Daud Shah, district Karak.
Those who attended the inaugural ceremony were included Deputy Commissioner (DC) Karak, Abdul Ghafoor Shah, Deputy Director Land Record, Nasir Ali, Assistant Commissioner (AC) Banda Daud Shah, Eid Nawaz Shirani, Director IT, Akbar Zaman, Deputy Director Database, Ziaullah and others.
Speaking on the occasion, the Provincial Minister for Revenue, Haji Qalandar Khan Lodhi said that the incumbent government is making efforts for provision of maximum facilities to the people and taking priority based steps for preservation of land record.
Qalandar Khan Lodhi said that Service Delivery Centre has been opened for the computerization of land record from wherein the people can easily obtain land related facilities in shortest time period. The computerization of land record, he said will help resolve land related issues of the people.
Minister for Revenue Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Haji Qalander Khan Lodhi said Tuesday that reforms were being introduced in the department enabling it to promptly resolve public issues.
In a statement issued here, the revenue minister said that all officials concerned of the department had been directed to resolve problems of masses on priority basis.
He said strict action would be taken against those officials who showed laxity or negligence by applying delay tactics in this regard.
Moreover, he added that a cell was working in the Revenue Minister Office to promptly resolve public complaints on a single call.
He added that a service center had been inaugurated in districts and tehsils of the province where computerized land registry, fard and other documents were available for public convenience.
He said that people may complain on 0919212324 in case of complaint against any officer in the service delivery center.
