PESHAWAR: Residents of Peshawar have expressed growing concern over the sharp increase in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) prices, claiming that the official rate of Rs240 per kilogram is not being enforced. According to some consumers on Sunday, LPG is being sold for as much as Rs400 per kilogram in several parts of the city, placing an additional financial burden on households already struggling with inflation. Citizens say repeated complaints have yielded little action from the district administration alleging that only temporary inspections and symbolic measures have been undertaken. APP
