ISLAMABAD : Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari has said maid servant Zohra violence and murder case is a test case for us.
Shireen Mazari said this while talking to media men in judicial complex here Thursday.
Federal Minister held she obtained briefing from the lawyers in Zohra violence and murder case. Zohra case is fixed for hearing. The girl was subjected to violence and later was murdered.
She remarked “ case is very important and a test case for us. Government has enacted law with reference to child labor that a girl or boy below the age of 14 years can not be employed as domestic servant.
She went on to say “ my objective is to support. Justice should be done in the case. The perpetrator should be awarded punishment as per law.
She underlined the law is not issue but its implementation is issue. Complaint can be registered at Zainab Alert App, she added.
