Senegal international and former Liverpool star Sadio Mane will undergo a medical with Bayern Munich ahead of his move from Liverpool today (Tuesday), foreign media reports claimed Monday.
According to media reports, Mane will be signing a three-year contract with the German giants as they agreed a fee of £35m with Liverpool.
Born in Sedhiou, Senegal, Sadio Mane joined Liverpool from South Hampton for 30 million Euros, back in 2016.
Besides Liverpool, Mane has also played for Metz, Red Bull, Salzburg, and English club South Hampton. Mane’s contract with Liverpool expired on Friday.
Mane made his mark in the EPL, with winning 2019 Premier League Golden Boot, Champions League 2019, European Super Cup 2019, and FIFA Club World Cup 2019. Mane was also named African Footballer of the Year in 2019.
