Federal Minister of Information Maryam Aurangzeb met with the delegation from Turkiye film industry in Astanbule on Saturday.
Both countries agreed on mutual cooperation for film and Drama industry.
During the meeting censes came out to the for the establishment of film processing Lab and inclusion of ‘Film Making and Acting’ in the syllabus for Turkiye’s universities.
Federal minister said that the meeting will be held for the Tukiye Film Festival to determine the date in which Three Pakistani made films could be added.
Feasibility will also be prepared for the shared project of both countries.
Minister also said that Pakistan was among top three in 1970 and work for the restoration of film industry was started in 2008 and first film and culture industry was prepared and exemption from tax and financial support facility was also given.
70% tax exemption was given to the film making and story standard, modern technology use was also part of policy.
