Mardan: Provincial General Secretary of the Central Organization of Traders and President of Mardan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Zahir Shah, terming the energy saving plan as a failed saving plan, said that he would have strongly rejected the government’s proposal to close the markets at 8 pm under the energy saving plan.
