Khalid Nafees Chairman Tournament Committee announced the 3rd Phase of RCAK Talent Hunt Programme begins with Medicam Trophy Under-19 Inter Zonal Cricket Tournament from Sunday 5th October. The Opening Match of the Medicam Trophy Under-19 Inter Zonal Cricket Tournament will be played between Zone-I Whites vs Zone-IV Greens on Sunday 5th October at KCCA Stadium. On this occasion Zahid Hussain Bukhari Executive Director Medicam Group of Companies will be the Chief Guest and inaugurate the Tournament. Selected Players of Zone-I Whites and Zone-IV Greens are advised to report at 8.30 am , While Other Zonal Selected Players are also advised to report M.Touseef Siddiqui, Tournament Secretary and their Zonal Officials on Sunday 5th October at 11 am at KCCA Stadium on White Kit along with data form with documents Smart Card/CNIC/FRC for Scrutiny.
The tournament is being organized by Regional Cricket Association Karachi with the collaboration of Medicam Group of Companies after the year of 2013. In which 16 Zonal teams two from each Zone and Three teams of Zone-III and Zone-IV are participating in the event.
All the matches of the tournament will be played on PCB One Day Tournament Rules with 40 overs basis, and a bowler can not bowl more than 8 overs.
