ISLAMABAD: The complainant Mian Dawood advocate has filed his detailed affidavit with secretary Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) on the mater of reference against Justice Naqvi. Mian Dawood advocate has again filed documentary proof of the reference alongwith affidavit through miscellaneous petition. The documents related to properties purchased in the name of justice Naqvi and his sons in dubious way are attached with miscellaneous way. The receipt of pounds sent to Naqsh Fatima daughter of justice Naqvi in UK bank account has also been attached wiht the miscellaneous application. As per documents Justice Naqvi purchased 2 kanal 4 marlas plot in 2021 in Gulberg Lahore at the cost of 4 crore 44 lac. Justice Naqvi declared this plot valuing Rs 7 crore 20 lac. Justice Naqvi sold out this plot to his alleged frontman Muhammad Safdar at the cost of Rs13 crore in 2022 and declared it against Rs 4 crore 96 lac. Online
