ISLAMABAD: Minister for Finance and Revenue Miftah Ismail has praised the role of Foreign Minister and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto for securing a deal with China aiming at refinancing of $2.30 billion loan. The finance minister on Saturday heaped accolades on the young PPP scion who managed to secure refinancing of $2.30 billion loan deal with China during his sojourn to Beijing.
