Modi Govt will have to restore special status of IIOJ&K: FM

Islamabad : Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi Tuesday said Pakistan is now recognized by the world as a part of solution and not a part of problem due its successful foreign policy.
In a statement on Tuesday, he said Modi government will have to restore the special status of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K). He said India is faced with immense pressure due to its internal deteriorating situation.
About his recent visit to Iraq, Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that he briefed his Iraqi counterpart about the situation in the Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He said Pakistan desires peace in the region.
Shah Mehmood said that Iraq is an imperative part of OIC and its role for restoration of peace and sustainability in Middle East is indispensible. The Human Rights Council approved Pakistan motion to formulate an independent commission for investigating Human rights violations and injustice upon the innocent Palestinian people by the Occupying Israeli forces. This was a huge success, the Foreign Minister said.
The Foreign Minister termed the adoption of resolution on Palestine by the UN Human Rights Commission as a major success.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Pakistan enjoys cordial relations with the United Arab Emirates and it desires to further strengthen this relationship in future.
