ISLAMABAD: The government has promoted more than 300 federal bureaucrats to Grade and Grade 21. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has given final approval of the promotions of the bureaucrats. Most of these promoted officers have been transferred and appointed as per their new grades. The promotion recommendations were given by the Central Selection Board in its five-day meeting that was held from August 10-15. 14 officers of the police service were also promoted in grade 21 as Additional IG. Jawad Ahmad Dogar, Munir Ahmad Shaikh, Akhtar Hayat, Flight Lt (Retd) Khalid Khattak, Sohail Habib, Kashif Alam, Ashraf Zubair, Riyaz Nazir Gara, Tariq Abbas Qureshi, Rafat Mukhtar and Khadim Hussain Randh, Bilal Siddique Kamiana and Sultan Ahmed Chaudhry are also among those promoted are those promoted to Grade 21 from police services Pakistan.
