DARRA ADAM KHEL: What could be described as a major success in operation against terrorists in Darra Adam Khel area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), the security forces eliminated most wanted terrorist belonging to banned Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Zafar Khan alias Zafari, son of Ghulam Siddique, and members of his group in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) carried out on the night between June 16 and June 17. Other members of his group killed were identified as Hassan Khan son of Imran and Anas son of Ali (a resident of Nangarhar Afghanistan). Zafari, who was a resident of Mulan village of Darra Adam Khel, had reached Peshawar from Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province on May 22, 2023.
