ISLAMABAD: The sale of motorbikes and three-wheelers in the country has witnessed an increase of 32.32 per cent during the first half of the current fiscal year (2025-26) as compared to sales of the corresponding half of the last year. During the half under review, as many as 921,566 motorbikes and three-wheelers were sold against the sale of 696,455 units in July-December (2024-25), according to the Pakistan Automobile Manufacturing Association (PAMA). The sale of Honda motorcycles surged by 34.21 per cent from 587,669 units to 788,742 units, whereas the sale of Suzuki motorcycles also rose by 48.86 per cent from 11,562 units to 17,212 units during the period under review.
