PESHAWAR: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed among Urban Policy and Planning Unit, Planning and Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with University of Peshawar and National Institute of Urban Infrastructure Planning, University of Engineering and Technology here on Wednesday to strengthen collaboration between Academia and KP Government for promoting research-based planning in different urban sectors including arrangement of professional level trainings. The MoU document was inked by the Executive Director, UPU, Mr. Inayatullah Wasim and the Vice Chancellor of University of Peshawar Professor Dr. Muhammad Asif Khan. It was agreed that the parties would work together to take benefit of each other’s initiatives and working procedure for promoting research culture in the province. APP
