MURREE: The Food Authority on Monday inspected 64 food establishments on Mall Road and surrounding areas in Murree to ensure the health and safety of tourists. According to Food Authority, The authority imposed fines of Rs 85,000 on 9 eateries for violating food safety standards. Two food points were shut down temporarily due to poor sanitation and substandard raw materials. Additionally, 55 food points received notices to improve their conditions to avoid further action.
