Despite court’s orders
ISLAMABAD
Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi has said his meeting could not be arranged with PTI founder Imran Khan in Adiala Jail despite court’s orders.
“The judges will have to think with reference to it. It seems as if government has not seen the draft bill of the 27th constitutional amendments, he said this while talking to media men in Islamabad high court (IHC).
CM KP said he had come to IHC and he had met Chief Justice (CJ) to talk to him about fixation of cases against Imran Khan which are not being fixed.
He held constitution allows me for peaceful protest. My meeting with PTI founder was not arranged despite court’s orders. Only courts can tell this who are pressurizing them.
He stated it is not known if the government has seen the draft bill of 27th constitutional amendment or otherwise.
He underlined our endeavor is this we should do such works which have not been done earlier.
