ISLAMABAD : Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said Nawaz Sharif has axed his own feet by talking against the national institutions.
“ Nawaz Sharif has called for his trouble on his own by talking against the institutions. PML-N workers are disappointed and PML-N Punjab faction has expressed disappointment over Nawaz Sharif speech against the institutions”, he said this while talking to a private TV channel here Monday.
He pointed out Gilgit-Baltistan committee was constituted under Speaker National Assembly (NA) Asad Qaisar on the proposal of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. Opposition boycotted the committee despite the acceptance of their proposal. Reforms will be introduced in Gilgit-Baltistan no matter opposition wants or other wise.
He held that PPP and PML-N leaders will not resign. What popularity when there is no whereabouts of PML-N leadership is known. Fears will remain for creation of factions in PML-N when its leadership is not present.
He remarked that opposition interest lies only in protecting their money only.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman is neither player nor is having any role, he said adding he and Asif Ali Zardari are having shared interests.
There is much need to improve the procedure of investigation, he said. Shahbaz Sharif spent money on police stations only and he did not place focus on improving the system, he remarked.
