ISLAMABAD: Former Law minister Nazir Tarar has said Nawaz Sharif disqualification has come to end following the observation of Supreme Court (SC). Nawaz Sharif now stands qualified following amendment in election act, he said this while talking to media men on SC decision regarding practice and procedure case in Islamabad High Court (IHC) Thursday. I am happy that the law enacted by parliament has been encouraged. SC has maintained this law. SC has encompassed that legislating is mandate of parliament. SC has given its different decision on the matter of appeal, he added. He held that this appeal is not so important for Nawaz Sharif after amendment in election act. That matter has not been challenged after amendment in election act. It is in vogue. Nawaz Sharif disqualification has ended after SC observation. Nawaz Sharif is now qualified for contesting election. ONLINE
