Newly appointed SMBR visits Revenue academy, land computerization office

The newly appointed Senior Member Board of Revenue (SMBR) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Zakir Hussain Afridi on Friday visited Revenue Academy Peshawar and Land Computerization Office of the province.
During his visits Syed Zakir Hussain was informed about the training process on Information Technology and Geographic Information System including Patwar Course.
SMBR Zakir Hussain Afridi visited various sections of the Revenue Academy and inspected the necessary records and various training labs.
Project Director Land Records Sardar Asad Haroon while briefing Zakir Hussain Afridi said that for the first time in the history of Pakistan, the training of recruited female Patwaris will be completed in March this year.
He said that female patwaris will start their duties in the field along with male patwaris.
He said that the provincial government has also approved a new batch of 120 male and female Patwaris.
SMBR said that the service should be adjusted in the service delivery centers of different districts so that the people can be provided maximum facilities by the finance department.
Of the Tehsil Service Delivery Centers, 47 have become operational while the remaining 11 will be completed in the same year, Sardar Asad Haroon added.
