ISLAMABAD – The National Highway Authority (NHA) Headquarters hosted a commemorative tree plantation ceremony today to mark a significant milestone in international diplomacy and environmental conservation.
The Secretary of Communications, Mr. Ali Sher Mehsud, accompanied by the Chairman of the National Highway Authority, Captain (Retd.) Asadullah Khan, planted a sapling to honor the 75th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the People’s Republic of China.
The participants emphasized the importance of such initiatives in promoting a “Green Pakistan” while celebrating the enduring “all-weather” friendship between the two nations. During the ceremony, participants offered prayers for the prosperity of both countries and the success of ongoing collaborative infrastructure projects.
