The talks continued for half an hour between the two and they exchanged views on the progress so far made in the investigation into the bus tragedy..
Interior minister Sheikh Rashid while expressing grief over loss of precious lives in bus incident said investigation into the accident would be completed as soon as possible.
The two ministers expressed determination that no mischievous elements can plague relations between Pakistan and China.
Sheikh Rashid assured his Chinese counterpart said Pakistan and China are time-tested friends and they have always shown strong relations in time of need.
He stated that under the directives of Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan investigation is underway at high level. We will soon finalize the investigations. We are extending full cooperation to Chinese investigation team. We will provide fool proof security to all Chinese working in Pakistan.
