ASTORE: District Health Officer Khurshid Ahmed has said that there was no shortage of medicine in Astore district and all the dispensaries have been provided enough stock of medicines for summer season. In a statement here Thursday he said that all the doctors in the DHQ hospital were doing their duties properly and honestly and serving the poor people. He further said that if any of the paramedical staff found absent from duty properly or received any complain from the local people, strict action will be taken against the paramedics.
