Islamabad, August 25,(Online):Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said that it is not appropriate for Federal Aviation Minister Ghulam Sarwar to use the word “wajib ul qatal” (liable to be killed).
Fawad Chaudhry said in a statement that it is not appropriate to use the word “wajib ul qatal” on sensitive issues and the statement of Ghulam Sarwar was emotional.
He said that it would have been better if Ghulam Sarwar had used the word liable for punishment instead of wajib ul Qatal.
He added because ministers, clerics and common man could not give any fatwa on wajib ul qatal.
He said Punishment cannot be determined by ministers, clerics and ordinary citizens.
Fawad Chaudhry also said that Nawaz Sharif made his daughter the daughter of the nation and he is in London.
The government simply demands that the money stolen from the nation be returned.
He further added that Nawaz Sharif was not accused in murder case but he is facing charges of embezzlement and money laundering.
Nawaz Sharif had gone to London for treatment and if he has recovered now, he should return home.
Fawad Chaudhry said in a statement released on the micro-blogging website Twitter that Standards for vehicles made in Pakistan have been set.
That the preliminary standards would be submitted to the cabinet for approval within a month. “Obstacles have been put in place but I do what I set out to do,” he said.
