Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi while issuing arrest warrants of PTI 18 leaders including Ali Amin Gandapur and Aleema Khan in PTI November 26 violence case registered in police station Wah Cantt has ordered police to arrest all the accused and present them before it on August 8.
The court has summoned investigation officer on August 8.
Prosecutor Zahir Abbas has taken plea in the application in Police station Sadiq Abad case that all the accused are not appearing in the court deliberately. They are hampering the trial intentionally. The accused are avoiding to appear in the court despite repeated court’s summons. This way not only legal process is being affected but also court’s process is being disrupted. Therefore, the bail of all accused be cancelled and legal proceeding be initiated.
The court while issuing order to revoke bail of 68 accused has issued notice to guarantors.
The hearing of the case has been adjourned till August 5.
