We will not accept any constitutional package of government: JI chief
ISLAMABAD
JI Amir Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman has demanded of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa to take initiative to end prevailing judicial crisis.
“we will not accept any constitutional package of government. Opposition parties are requested not to be hoaxed by government. Next strategy in connection with Haq Do Tehreek will be given after October 7, he said this while addressing a press conference here Tuesday.
He held the entire Pakistan will stand in support of Palestine on October 7 so that one voice goes to world that we are with Palestine.
We are making contacts with different political parties in this connection.
He stated JI will start protest movement under Haq Do Awam Ko after October 7.
Government has breached the agreement made with us. In this regard we will start our movement on October 7. Whatever decision is made in this regard will be presented before the nation.
Supreme Court (SC) is divided into two parts clearly. Nothing can be more pitiable thing than this. What will be more unfortunate than this if judges of SC are divided into two parts. Key to come out of this crisis lies with Qazi Faez Isa.
Constitutional crisis is hovering as a result of extension in the term of chief justice.
Government is still committing forgery. It is saying constitution, constitution. These all people have joined government under some program. Form 47 government cannot make such a big decision.
Government is dividing judges for the sake of its interests, he said adding government should now make announcement with regard to Justice Mansoor Ali Shah. Judiciary should think about the national interest. Now one chef justice should go and second should come.
Presenting two state solution to the issue of Palestine by the prime minister is not correct, he remarked. All political parties should say there should be only one state of Palestine. All political parties should stand with Hamas now.
PPP and government are united on the matter of constitutional amendments but when the matter of people rights come then they talk about only for their respective provinces.
He underlined time for government is over. Now we will decide and not the government.
