PESHAWAR: KP government spokesperson has said Omicron is spreading fast in the province and it is within the powers of deputy commission to impose lock down wherever the cases of omicron surpass 10 percent. Barrister Saif said in his statement provincial government is taking steps. There is no intention to slap lock down in the province overall. The situation is not such that restrictions be imposed at large scale. He said the people are requested to take precautionary measures, wear the mask and get administer booster.
